Chunky to Curvy

Remember that list I made of all the things I'm going to change from here on till I'm 30, well I'm really buckling down and doing my most important bullet, get healthy.

To do this I joined weight watchers and so far so good, Yes it's only been a full week on the wagon but at weigh in yesterday I lost 5 pounds, freaking awesome right!! To make myself really grasp what 5 pounds was, I held a 5 pound bag of potatoes, holy crap those suckers were heavy and all I could think is that my poor body is carrying around all this weight and my bones just weren't made for it. I can feel some pain in my knees and I shouldn't because, again, I'm only 29. I have sciatic nerve pain, which I'm hoping will go away once I shed some more weight, or at least subside. Proof positive I need to lose some poundage, I ran in the park with Maria the other day and I thought I was going to die! I shouldn't be putting this much strain on my body and I don't mean the running I mean the weight. Yes running sucks and hear me now I will not be doing any of that running crap. The only time one should be running is from the cops or for your life. I'll walk myself healthier instead, but no running unless I want two black eyes, boobs and running a big no no, I don't even think they make sports bras in my size, hmm maybe I could just used duct tape...lol

So the last week on the healthy lifestyle change (I refuse to call this a diet) was not as hard as I thought it was going to be, I actually felt full and satisfied. I think what helps is that I can have as many servings of fruits and vegetables till I feel satisfied and believe me I'm taking full advantage. To make it easier to get my fruits and vegetables I decided to get the Los Ploblano's Organics (LPO) delivery. They deliver a fruit and vegetable basket every other Wednesday to mi casa, how convenient is that, they're making this way too easy!

So bullet numero uno is in full effect, wish me luck, or better yet wish me healthy!

Right now I'm chunky and I'm aiming for curvy!
