Oh thank goodness the day has come when Maria doesn’t cry when we drop her off at school. She’s been going to the new school for 4 weeks now and she didn’t even let a tear drop form in her beautiful blue eyes. She was such a big girl; she even helped Ms. Jessica push in the breakfast cart, she felt important and special, just the way we make her feel at home.
Maria’s new school is wonderful and I’m so happy she has a home away from home. If I could stay home and care for her I would in a heartbeat, but since I’m a working mother I needed to find a place that would give her everything (love, attention, education, friends, activity) a 2 year old thrives on.
Look at how happy she is at 7:30 in the morning!
