Why is it that when a woman has a strong opinion, she's labeled a control freak, but when a man does it, oh it's perfectly fine because that's what he's supposed to do.

well, you are bossy. I AM JUST KIDDING- please dont hit me.... It's because, despite how far we've come in all these years, it is still deeply ingrained that women are not "allowed" to be so opinionated, independent or strong. And since they are they need to be labeled as 'control freaks' so other people do not feel so bad at being weaker then her.
ReplyDeleteAt least that is what I have seen in my short 25 years. :) Don't take it as an insult, just twist it back on them, if they won't 'control' the situation, someone needs to. And you have the backbone to do so.
